why download 64 bit version showing 14mb annoyed

I can get access to the server to start downloading no problems now, but when it starts downloading it comes down as a 14mb file for the 64 bit version, what is that supposed to be ??
Anyone help please

It's just a server issue - keep refreshing the page (Ctrl+F5) until you get one an approrpraite size.

thx for the reply Zack,have been trying for hours and getting nowhere,on one occasion a launch buton appeared,but on clicking that took me to my bitlord downloader,so now wondering what this file opens with,as for ordering dvd kit,no credit card..
